Anna Maria Beach		    
Anna Maria Beach has no facilities but is a great place to get a feel of what Florida was like many years ago. It's not crowded, the sunsets can be spectacular. The serenity of this stretch of beach can be good for the mind and soul. Parking is difficult, free parking is available in a lot at the corner of Spring Avenue and Gulf Drive

  
Holmes Beach    
Holmes Beach, located in a residential area dotted with vacation rentals, has no facilities but is a nice quiet stretch of beach frequented by locals and visitors alike. Parking is limited. Park on the side streets, walk over the dunes and enjoy old Florida at its best!

 
Manatee County Beach    
Manatee Beach, located at the end of Manatee Ave. is a large public beach with free parking, concessions, lifeguards, restrooms, picnic tables and showers. This is a favorite beach of many, so get there early on the weekend and enjoy what the locals enjoy year-round. Ample free parking.

  
Cortez Beach (also known as Bradenton Beach)    
Cortez Beach is located between 5th and 13th Streets, off Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach just north of Coquina Beach. It has free parking, lifeguards on duty, restrooms, picnic tables, and showers for all beachgoers. Combined with Coquina Beach, this is one of the nicest beaches on Anna Maria Island stretching for miles along the Gulf of Mexico.

  
Coquina Beach    
Coquina Beach, located on the south end of Anna Maria Island, is one of the largest beaches in the area with shade trees, sunshine and breathtaking sunsets! Amenities include plentiful free parking, lifeguards, concessions, picnic tables, playground, restrooms and showers. A boat launch, bayside, is across the street from the beach.
